I don’t know if any of you young things are hip to the comic book scene, but I have been a fan of one in particular since I was a wee thing. Before Friends and Saved by the Bell, there was once a time when we had to get our dose of hijinks from the beloved comic book series Archie.
I can already feel you judging me. But before you do, let me just say that it is packed with drama in the form of one of the comic world’s longest running love triangles. I always saw myself as a “Betty”, the loyal and oblivious girl, who pined after ginger-haired Archie. But I have to report that this fall, as part of its 600th issue, Archie will pop the question to Veronica. As if she didn’t have enough rings already!
